radiant summer reset

Yoga + Ayurvedic Cleanse
June 13 - 19th, 2026

In Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga, summer is understood as a season that increases heat within both the environment and the human system. As the intensity of the sun rises, so can inflammation, overexertion, irritability, digestive imbalance, fatigue, emotional intensity, and depletion of deeper vitality.

Radiant Summer Reset is a guided 7 day online immersion designed to introduce practical Ayurvedic wisdom through the familiar grounding of yoga practice and conscious daily living.

This immersion focuses on simple seasonal practices that help cool and balance the system during summer through nourishment, breath, movement, rhythm, and awareness and gentle detoxification.
