Rather than pushing toward performance or intensity, this space invites attunement. We move with the intelligence of the seasons — winter, spring, summer, and fall — as a way of understanding our hormonal rhythms, emotional landscapes, and inner capacities.

This is yoga as embodied listening. And living. This is practice as relationship. With yourself.

We are not meant to operate in perpetual summer.

The Embodied Breath in-person 300hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training curated and led by Lead Teacher Kayla Copeland. PLUS expert co-lead teachers, Katie Jacobson, Kenny Graham, and Jessica Weitzenhoffer, steeped in their area of expertise, and beautiful resident guest teachers from Pleasure Point Sanctuary Staff.

Our 300 Hour Yoga and Breathwork Certification program takes you deep into the aspects of this sacred and ancient practice that create authentic healing and transformation, including:

  • Guiding embodiment + self-inquiry practices around dharma, grounding, and emotional flow
