Navaratri ayurvedic cleanse

celebration of goddes energy
September 22 - October 1, 2025

what is navaratri?

Navaratri, the sacred nine nights of the Divine Feminine, is a powerful time for transformation and renewal of body, mind, and spirit. Traditionally observed during the seasonal shift, it invites us to align with nature’s rhythms and cultivate balance and clarity.

This year, Navaratri begins on Monday, September 22, 2025, and concludes on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. The festival opens just after a partial solar eclipse on September 21, which, in astrological terms, marks a threshold for new beginnings and aligns with the Moon’s entry into Libra. This energy sets the stage for the nine nights of Navaratri, enhancing opportunities for reflection, intention-setting, and inner awakening.

During these nine nights, the unfolding lunar and solar energies guide us toward reconnecting with our inner wisdom, releasing what no longer serves us, and stepping into greater authenticity. Each night offers a dedicated space for deepening devotion, cultivating presence, and honoring the transformative power of the sacred feminine within.
